About Pasquale:

Pasquale is a registered Clinical Psychologist who aims to help people live the life they want to live, whether that be focusing on reducing emotional distress and mental health symptoms; or improving quality of life and living a more enriched and purposeful life. 

Pasquale has extensive experience working in the public mental health sector, providing individual therapy and group therapy for anxiety and depression, stress and distress, sleep problems, trauma, psychosis and psychotic-related illnesses. Pasquale also has experience working with communication and relationship issues, developing social skills, self-esteem, lack of direction and purpose in life, and identity concerns.

Pasquale draws from evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy skills and Motivational Interviewing. Pasquale has a compassionate and collaborative approach, and tailors his therapy to each clients individual needs and goals.

Pasquale engages in ongoing professional development, and often uses the skills he learns in his personal life, as well as teaching them to clients in therapy.
