I work with clients with a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem and identity issues, eating disorders and body image concerns, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, trauma, and childhood abuse. I have completed extensive clinical training, and draw on a number of different treatment modalities when working with clients. These include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Trauma Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focussed Therapy. I am also committed to continuing to develop my professional skills through attending seminars and training workshops, and my own personal reading.

I have a special interest in Positive Psychology and Mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches and have experience in one-on-one mindfulness coaching, with adults and with parents and children. As well as seeing clients for individual therapy I also facilitate ACT and Mindfulness based group programs here at Vitalise.
